With Doubtless Bay being a holiday destination and with residents away travelling, we have developed a Home Care Program for Absentee owners to ensure that property owners have peace of mind no matter where they are.
It does not matter whether you are in the country or overseas we treat your property with the same attention to detail as you would if you were in town. You won't have to trouble your neighbours or friends with favours when we are managing your property. We are in constant communication with our property owners keeping them informed of all happenings at the property both inside and outside of the home.
Communication in the absentee owner situation is truly the lifeline between an owner and their property. Our service provides interior and exterior home inspection and feedback to you with some photos on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis of your preference. Additional services include maintenance, emergency care, supervision for any renovations that might become necessary and anything else needed to properly ensure care of your home.
Our purpose is to ensure the condition and security of your property not only remains the same while you are away also allowing you to return to your property knowing that you can enjoy your stay rather than focus on all the maintenance which can arise while you are away.

Our Absentee Owner Management Authority sets out our general terms and conditions. A travel charge may apply if your property is out of town (Mangonui to Taipa bridge). We suggest you have a read through this, and then arrange a meeting with us (or phone us if you are out of town) to discuss any queries you may have.
