Throughout Michael’s life he has always built relationships with people of all ages, cultures, religions, and backgrounds and this has given him the understanding and experience to work with the rich range of people, and backgrounds that real estate presents.

Michael and his wife Diane made the decision to leave Auckland in 1997 to move to Northland, and have never looked back. So Michael understands the importance of all the reasons for making a decision, it is not just about the ‘House’.
Michael loves working on their lifestyle property, and has a particular passion for the simple meditation of splitting and stacking wood, to keep the home fires burning.

We saw the listing while looking on the internet – we were coming up to Coopers to look at the apartments for sale in Cables Bay which we had seen in the real-estate pull out from the Herald on Friday and were looking to see if we could see anything else while we were up there.
Really appreciated the communication – everyone let everyone know what was going on in a timely manner – I think communication is so key in any transaction Michael and his team always let us know what was going on which was great. The office support also made us feel part of the ‘triangle’ of buyer agent and seller which was great – we have only bought three properties in our life so did not know what we were doing but you certainly helped us through the process in a professional and friendly way.
